I’m a Kapha-Type. Can I make a recipe meant for Pitta-Types?
In most cases yes. If you want to make a recipe not intended for your dosha, scroll to the recipe section of any recipe post (after my photos and inspiring words of wisdom) and use the dosha key (the small colored boxes). Usually, with just a few tweaks of the recipe, you can make it friendlier to your body.

Random Facts about Kyle


– My childhood was divided between: catching (& releasing) frogs, riding my bike as fast as I could (until I hit a tree), and living, breathing soccer.

– Three things you can always find in my kitchen: greens for juicing and making green smoothies, medjool dates, and split mung beans.

– I have devoted entire trips solely for the chance to encounter cute little animals in nature (penguins, koalas, and wombats to name a few).

– I trained Muay Thai Kick boxing in Thailand and as a result have a wicked uppercut.

– My favorite recipe post so far? Quinoa breakfast porridge made with extra medgool dates. So good!

My favorite yoga pose: Dancer pose – strong, graceful, and balanced.
