Hi, I’m Dr. Kyle Anne Willets, founder of Cooking Up Prana.

After years of studying and practicing physical therapy I saw a need to incorporate Eastern Medicine practices into my Western Medicine approach.

This led to an immersive study into Ayurveda and yoga in Tamil Nadu, India and beyond. The things I’ve learned have changed my life and my holistic, integrative approach has helped hundreds.

My goal is to provide a practical, informative, and mouth-watering guide to vibrant health and happiness through delicious recipes and revitalizing lifestyle practices.
