The people I work with are committed to transforming their health in a sustainable way. They recognize that lasting change requires showing up consistently while integrating gentle patterns of shift into their daily and seasonal life.

In other words, the health-promoting patterns, whether they be the foods you eat, the exercise you choose, or the daily self care practices you employ, take time to infuse and become a part of you.

That said, the typical client is prepared to make a minimum of a 3 month commitment to jump-starting their healthy evolution.
