Random Facts about Kyle

– My childhood was divided between: catching (& releasing) frogs, riding my bike as fast as I could (until I hit a tree), and living, breathing soccer.

– Three things you can always find in my kitchen: greens for juicing and making green smoothies, medjool dates, and split mung beans.

– I have devoted entire trips solely for the chance to encounter cute little animals in nature (penguins, koalas, and wombats to name a few).

– I trained Muay Thai Kick boxing in Thailand and as a result have a wicked uppercut.

– My favorite recipe post so far? Quinoa breakfast porridge made with extra medgool dates. So good!

My favorite yoga pose: Dancer pose – strong, graceful, and balanced.
